Afin d\u2019\u00e9viter de ne consommer que des calories, privil\u00e9giez celles fabriqu\u00e9es avec de vrais jus de fruits sans sucre ajout\u00e9 ou du moins celles o\u00f9 le jus ou les fruits viennent en premiers lieux. Ainsi, vous b\u00e9n\u00e9ficierez aussi d\u2019une dose de vitamines. Pour les amateurs de barres lact\u00e9es, ne vous laissez pas ensorceler par toutes ces garnitures au chocolat fondant, aux amandes et au caramel qui font facilement tripler le nombre de calories. Certaines mini-barres sans enrobage fait de lait aromatis\u00e9 plut\u00f4t que de cr\u00e8me sont une d\u00e9licieuse alternative. Enfin, que ce soit pour une barre lact\u00e9e glac\u00e9e ou un produit de type cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e, favorisez ceux qui indiquent un maximum de 110 calories par portion et id\u00e9alement un minimum\u00a0 de 8 % de la valeur quotidienne recommand\u00e9e en calcium (voir le tableau des informations nutritionnelles). Attention aux pi\u00e8ges des fabricants, certains produits sans sucre sont souvent plus gras que le produit r\u00e9gulier de la m\u00eame marque. D\u2019autres ont vu leurs valeurs caloriques diminuer gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une coupure de portion.
